It says my TikTok account doesn’t exist — what do I do?
Try these:
Make sure you're a US-based creator (only U.S. creators are supported for now).
Enter your TikTok username in all lowercase — the system is case-sensitive at the moment.

Can I use more than one TikTok Shop account?
Each TikTok Shop Affiliate account must have its own Creator Roster account (with a different email). One account per profile.
Do I need a Stripe account to sign up?
Creating and verifying a Stripe account is required to get fully set up. Without it, you won’t be able to apply to jobs or appear in brand searches.
What do I enter for “Industry” when setting up Stripe?
You can choose “Digital Products” or something similar. If Stripe asks for a website, you can use a link to your TikTok or Instagram.
