Is there a cost to join?
Yes, we offer two subscription plans: The Academy at $97 USD per month with a 14-day free trial and Legends at $997 USD per year (no free trial included).
You can upgrade to Legends once you are inside the Academy.
How do I access the community after purchasing?
Access to BMC Academy is provided instantly after successful payment processing. You'll use your registration email and password to log in to our platform hosted on Circle. All digital content, live events, training sessions, and community features will be immediately available based on your subscription tier.
What is your refund policy?
For monthly subscriptions (The Academy), you may cancel at any time during the 14-day free trial period without being charged.
After the trial period ends and payment is processed, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
For annual subscriptions (Legends), annual subscriptions are non-refundable. By purchasing an annual plan, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Academy account on your desktop or mobile browser - cancellation is not accessible through the app yet. Navigate to the subscription settings or contact our support team at [email protected]
For free trial users, canceling before the 14-day period ends means you won't be charged.
For paid subscribers, you'll maintain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
